We are looking for an experienced arborist to join our team. We are proud to say we have a very low staff turnover and value our staff and their hard work every day. Everyone's safety is paramount and enough time is given to do each job in a safe manner.

• We will not expect you to work on the weekends.

• We will not expect you to work unreasonably long hours.

• We will not ask you to work with gear that is not fit for purpose.

• We will not expect you to work with gear that is not maintained.

• We will not treat you like a machine.

• We will not give you unrealistic time frames for jobs.

Applicants must have the following attributes:

• A healthy respect for the dangers of the job

• Be a good team player

• Passionate about quality workmanship

• Have at least a full license and be prepared to gain an HT license

• Be physically fit

• Be honest and reliable

• Have a positive attitude

We are an established company of 16 years with a strong focus on employee work-life balance. There is room to progress within the company as we expand for the right candidate who is willing to take on more responsibility and be a role model for trainees coming forward. Ideally, we would be looking for someone keen to develop into a role that allows a mixture of climbing/ training and quoting.
