Planting Day - Akoranga Reserve

Join Pest Free Kaipātiki and the Akoranga Reserve volunteer group for a native planting day. We will be planting trees to help build up the bush around the stream to improve native biodiversity and enhance this park for future generations.

Entrance to the reserve is from 60 Tonar Street.

Please wear weather appropriate outdoor clothing and clean closed-toe shoes. Bring your own clean spade and gloves if you have them, but spare spades and tools will also be provided.

Refreshments will be provided after the event to reward your efforts.
