About the Presenter

Rob Dawson is the owner and founder of Lead to Live; he loves working with people to create fulfilling and productive lives. With over 20 years of experience in the Arboriculture and Rope Access industries, Rob has held roles as an employee, sub-contractor and company owner.

His deep interest in human psychology led him to explore coaching and mentoring and apply them to team and individual performance.

His journey through leadership, marked by personal challenges and triumphs, inspired him to create Lead to Live—a platform offering the practical tools and insights he wished he had during his early career.

Rob's mission is to help others navigate their unique leadership path with confidence, balance, and joy.

Registration Information

Cost: 
NZ Arb Member $300+GST per person
Non Member $350+GST per person

Included: Tea/Coffee, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea

Time: Each course runs from 8.30am - 5pm

Terms and Conditions:

•        All registration fees must be paid in full 14 days prior to the workshop start date, by credit card, unless a Purchase Order number has been provided at the time of registration
•        Cancellations must be notified in writing to admin@nzarb.org.nz
•        Cancellation before the 14 day deadline date will incur an NZD $100.00 cancellation fee
•        No refunds or transfers will be granted after the deadline date
•        A minimum number of attendees is required to run the workshop, if the minimum number is not reached by the registration deadline date, NZ Arb has the right to cancel the course and a full refund will be provided
